Licenses and memberships

Every badge, explained in plain English

We show a badge only once it is real. Here is what each one means and how to check it yourself.

Facts on this page are verified against the state record before publication. Memberships are added only once earned.

Florida Certified General Contractor CGC1534542

Held by Greenhome Remodeling Inc. A certified license is the statewide class: it allows the holder to contract anywhere in Florida and to pull permits for structural work. Our qualifier is Gregory Hoffman and the license is valid to 31 August 2028. The live DBPR record is always the authority.

How to verify in under a minute: open the Florida DBPR license portal, choose "Search by license number", enter CGC1534542, and check the name, status and expiry. Open the DBPR portal

Florida law (Statute 489.119 and Rule 61G4-12.011) requires the license number on every offer, proposal, contract and advertisement. You will find it in our footer, on every page, and beside every price.

Insurance

General liability and workers' compensation. Ask for the certificate and we send it the same day. For condos we name the exact legal name of your association as certificate holder. We never describe an association as 'additional insured' without the insurer's endorsement.

The company behind the name

Green Home Remodeling SW is a Florida fictitious name (G26000125284, filed 4 September 2026) of Greenhome Remodeling Inc. The link between the trading name and the licensed entity is being confirmed on Sunbiz and the DBPR record before launch.

Memberships we will show once earned

Collier Building Industry Association, Better Business Bureau, EPA Lead-Safe (RRP) certification, National Kitchen and Bath Association, Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist. None of these badges appears on this site until the membership or certification is in hand.

Not the cheapest. Never a surprise.

Tell us about the room. We'll send a price you can check.
