Condo Kitchen Remodels
A refresh in the same footprint, or a new layout where the building allows it: cabinets, quartz tops, backsplash, sink, lighting and appliance hookups.
Condo Bathroom Remodels
Walk-in showers in place of tubs, vanities, tile and lighting. Where the drain cannot move, we build a low-curb shower with a linear drain, and every shower is waterproofed and flood-tested before tile.
Flooring with Sound Control
Porcelain tile or vinyl plank (LVP), laid over the sound-control underlayment your building requires.
The Building
Board Package and Approvals
We prepare and submit the association package at no charge: drawings, product list, insurance naming your association, schedule and logistics plan. The board decides, so we never promise approval or a date.
Building Logistics
Elevator bookings and protection, crew parking, the debris route and quiet hours, planned with your building manager before work starts.
Permits and Inspections
The City of Naples or Collier County issues the permit, depending on the building's address. We apply after board approval and close it before your final payment.

Summer-Window Scheduling
Design and selections happen while you are in town. The build runs inside your building's renovation window, with a ready-by date in writing.

Questions Naples owners ask
My condo only allows renovation from May to October. When do I need to start planning?
Book by March for a May start. Design, selections and the board package take six to ten weeks, and most boards want the application before their last spring meeting. We work back from the board deadline and your return date.
Do you prepare the condo association or HOA application, and what does a board package include?
Yes, at no charge. The package has sixteen enclosures: the association's form, owner authorization, license and insurance naming the association, drawings, product list, sound-control details, schedule, logistics plan, rules acknowledgment, emergency plan, fees and the permit. Who holds the keys, and do you work with my home-watch service or building manager?
You choose who holds keys. We coordinate access with your home-watch service or the building manager, log every entry in the Friday update, and never use your bathroom or leave the unit unlocked.
Can you move plumbing in a condo?
Sometimes. In a slab-on-grade building the drain usually cannot move; in buildings with a plenum or raised floor it often can. We tell you what your building allows at the walkthrough, before you fall in love with a layout.
What about the elevator, parking and noise rules?
They are in the logistics plan in the board package: elevator bookings and protection, where the crew parks, how debris leaves the building, and the quiet hours we keep. Your building manager gets a copy.
Does a condo remodel need a permit?
Yes for plumbing, electrical or structural work. The City of Naples or Collier County issues it depending on the building's address. We apply after board approval and close the permit before your final payment.
