About us

A Sarasota remodeler, now in Naples, with the paperwork to prove it

Green Home Remodeling SW is the Naples trading name of Greenhome Remodeling Inc, Florida Certified General Contractor CGC1534542. Now we are bringing to Naples what built our name in Sarasota: one project manager from estimate to handover, and every job run personally.

Our story

A contractor you can trust, and check

Green Home Remodeling SW started with a simple idea: homeowners should be able to trust their contractor. Owners told us what they were tired of: chasing contractors for answers, surprise costs halfway through, and crews who disappear before the job is done. So we built a team that shows up when it says it will, keeps you informed from start to finish, and leaves work that adds real value to your home.

We're a Florida company, not a franchise or an out-of-state outfit. Every job carries our name, so we hold every job to the same standard, from a single bathroom to a full condo remodel. You get one named project manager from the first walkthrough to the handover. Every price, and every change to it, is put in writing and signed before work goes ahead. Every Friday you get an update on what's done, what's next and where the budget stands, whether you're in Naples or up north for the summer.

We also build with the long run in mind. We choose durable, lower-impact materials where they fit the design, keep job-site waste down, and point out where your remodel can save energy, without giving up on looks or quality.

Who you'll be texting

The Naples team

One named project manager owns your job from the walkthrough to the final affidavit and is on site two to three times a week. Runners bring materials and check the subcontractors' work. They never handle the client, so you always talk to the same person.
