Whole home
Kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and lighting in one schedule, one contract and one project manager. The work we like best, and the work where the 50% rule matters most.

What a whole-home job involves
A whole-home remodel is not five separate jobs. It is one plumbing plan, one electrical plan, one flooring run and one paint schedule, sequenced so that the electrician, the plumber and the tile setter each come to your home as few times as possible. That is where the time and the money are saved, and it is why we prefer this work.
Our Sarasota showcase projects include a two-house canal property at nearly $1 million with pools and landscaping, a vintage-style home at nearly $400,000, and a referral condo at about $200,000. In Naples we start where you are: most whole-home jobs we price are a kitchen, two baths, floors and lighting in a single-story home or a larger condo.

Proven in Sarasota, now in Naples
We plan and manage every room, trade and permit as one project, so the whole house is finished to the same standard and you deal with one point of contact throughout.
Get my Free ConsultationWe renovate the house as one project, so every room flows into the next. This is the right fit when the whole house feels dated, the layout no longer suits your family, or the plumbing, wiring and finishes are all due at once.
We remove walls, connect the kitchen, living and dining areas, and rework how rooms connect. All structural work is engineered, permitted and inspected to Florida Building Code.
We add square footage where the lot and zoning allow, whether that's a new bedroom, a bigger primary suite or an enclosed living space, built to match the existing home.
Custom cabinetry, stone countertops, islands, pantries, backsplash, lighting and integrated appliances, all planned as part of the overall home design.
Walk-in showers, soaking tubs, custom vanities, tile work and primary suite layouts, with finishes carried through so the bathrooms match the rest of the house.
We lay continuous porcelain tile, natural stone, hardwood or luxury vinyl plank from room to room. That removes awkward transitions and gives the house one clean look, using materials suited to Florida humidity and heavy foot traffic.
We handle new drywall, smooth or textured ceilings, baseboards, crown molding, interior doors, built-ins and paint, the details that make a renovation look finished rather than patched.
Licensed electricians handle panel upgrades, rewiring, and new outlets and switches. They also install recessed lighting, pendants and dimmers in every room.
We replace aging supply and drain lines, move fixtures to fit the new layout, and install new water heaters and fixtures throughout the house.
We work with licensed HVAC contractors on ductwork changes, new systems and zoning, so the new layout heats and cools evenly.
We replace windows, entry doors and sliding glass doors, including impact-rated options built for Southwest Florida's storm season.
We take you from design and material selections to permits, scheduling, inspections and the final walkthrough. One team manages it all, so you're not coordinating a dozen trades yourself.
Our work
Captioned honestly: our Sarasota team's work. Naples projects will be added as they finish.
