For owners who are away
Remodel Your Naples Home While You're Up North
Sign in season, leave in April, come back to a finished room on the date in your contract. Most of our condo work is planned this way.
The Friday update
Nine parts, every week, bad news at the top
- This week in one line
- Status at a glance: schedule, ready-by date, budget, decisions, issues
- Photos and video: the work, the protected areas, the clean site
- Done this week
- Decisions needed, with a needed-by date and why it matters
- Budget: original price, signed change orders, allowances, current total, paid, next payment
- Issues and how they are being handled
- Next week: crew days, inspections booked, deliveries
- Your home: keys, home-watch contact, shut-offs, storm status, Notices to Owner received
The project manager writes in plain English with real dates and never says "on schedule" unless it is true. You choose who else receives it: a spouse, your home-watch service, the building manager.

FAQ
Questions Naples owners ask
I live up north part of the year. Can you run the whole remodel while I'm away, and how will I see progress?
Yes. Every Friday you get photos and a short video, plus the nine-part written update on this page. Change orders come by text and email with photos and wait for your signature. Nothing proceeds on silence.
Who holds the keys, and do you work with my home-watch service or building manager?
You decide who holds keys. We coordinate access with your home-watch service or the building manager, log each entry, and never leave the home unlocked.
How do you handle decisions when I'm hard to reach?
Each decision comes with a needed-by date and what happens to the schedule if it slips. For time-critical choices we propose a default in the update so you can approve with one word.
Can the walkthrough really be done by video?
Yes. A live video walkthrough with your project manager, photos of the room, and measurements taken by a runner or your home-watch contact. The anonymized sample proposal on the promises page was done this way.
What if a storm comes while the walls are open?
The project manager secures the site, removes loose materials from balconies and lanais, photographs everything, and writes the new schedule. It is in the contract.
When will my home be ready?
On the ready-by date in your contract. If anything moves, you get a written reason and a new date, never a surprise at the airport.
Not the cheapest. Never a surprise.
Book your summer slot. We'll send the plan in writing.
Walkthrough by video, board package at no charge, and a ready-by date for your return.
