Questions Naples owners ask
What counts as an interior or exterior renovation?
Anything that is not a full kitchen, bath or whole-home job: living and dining areas, primary suites, entries, lanais, pool decks and the exterior envelope. If your project grows into a whole home, we re-price it as one.
Do lanai and pool-deck jobs need a permit?
Screen enclosures, structural changes, electrical and gas do. Resurfacing and pavers usually do not. We tell you which at the walkthrough and pull what is needed.
Can you remove popcorn ceilings?
Yes. Homes built before the 1980s are tested for asbestos first; the test is a line on the estimate and the result decides the method.
What does an exterior renovation cost?
From about $15,000 for a lanai or pool-deck refinish. Stucco repair and paint are priced per area so you can see each piece.
How do payments work?
The same stage-by-stage schedule as every job: deposit 10% or less, payments after each finished stage and passed inspection, final after closeout.
Can this run while I'm away?
Yes, with the same Friday update, photo record and ready-by date in writing. Exterior work is scheduled around the rainy season.
