Questions Naples owners ask
How do I verify your Florida license and insurance?
Search CGC1534542 on the Florida DBPR license portal. The record shows Greenhome Remodeling Inc, the qualifier and the expiry. Ask for the insurance certificate and it arrives the same day.
Is my address City of Naples or unincorporated Collier?
Roughly, the older coastal core between the Gulf and Goodlette-Frank Road is the city; most of the rest is the county. Your tax bill says which. We confirm it at the walkthrough because it changes the permit office and the FEMA 50% lookback.
Do you work outside Naples?
Naples is our only market. If you are nearby in Bonita Springs, Estero or Marco Island, ask. If the building window and the drive make sense we will say yes.
What is your minimum job?
About $8,000 for a remodel, the price of a guest bathroom. Painting starts at about $4,500 for a condo interior. If a job is too small for us, we will tell you on the first call.
How fast will you reply?
A real person from the Naples team within the day during office hours. We never share your number.
Where are you based?
Our Naples office is at 3080 Tamiami Trail E, Suite 301, Naples, FL 34112. Most of the work happens at your home: the walkthrough, the build and the final handover are all on site.
