Paint is the last thing that happens on every kitchen, bath and whole-home job we run, so our painters are on the same crews and under the same rules as everyone else: floors covered, daily cleanup, no smoking, nothing of yours touched without asking. On its own, a repaint gets the same written schedule and the same Friday update.
Naples is hard on paint. Humidity, salt air and summer sun fade and chalk exterior coatings and feed mildew on lanai ceilings and bathroom walls. We specify coatings rated for it and say so on the estimate, line by line, so you can check what is going on your walls.

Exterior Painting
Sun, humidity and salt air wear exterior paint down fast in Southwest Florida. We start by inspecting the surface, then pressure wash, repair stucco cracks, caulk joints, prime bare areas and apply a coating made for stucco in this climate. We paint stucco, siding, trim, doors, shutters, soffits, fascia and lanai ceilings. If your community requires color approval, we help you prepare the request before any work starts. Condo exteriors are maintained by the association, so this service covers single-family homes and villas.
Cabinets and Color
Cabinet Painting
A lower-cost way to update kitchen or bathroom cabinets without replacing them. We clean and prep the boxes and doors, apply a bonding primer, and finish with a hard-wearing paint that holds up to grease, moisture and daily handling. Available on its own or as part of a kitchen or bath remodel.
Color Consultation
Colors look different in Florida light. With any painting project, we help you choose a palette that works with your floors, cabinets and natural light, with sample patches on your own walls, advice on sheen (flat, eggshell, satin, semi-gloss) and a check of how each color looks at different times of day.

How much does interior painting cost in Naples?
From about $4,500 for a full condo interior and about $9,000 for a single-story home. Trim, doors and ceilings are priced as separate lines so you can take them out.
Do you paint single rooms?
We paint whole rooms, not single walls, and our minimum job is about $4,000. For one room we will tell you on the first call whether it makes sense.
Which paint holds up in Naples humidity?
Mildew-resistant acrylics inside, and elastomeric or high-build acrylic coatings on stucco outside. We name the product on the estimate.
How long does it take?
One to two weeks for an interior, depending on rooms and prep. Exteriors depend on weather; we do not paint stucco in rain or within a day of it.
Can you paint while I'm away?
Yes. Colors are approved on samples before you leave, and you get the Friday update with photos until it is done.
Is painting warrantied?
Our workmanship is, under the same written warranty as every other job: peeling or failure caused by how it was applied is fixed at no cost.
